Paul Lalonde
Paul Lalonde has been in the Contracting business for over 30 years. Paul got into the landscaping business with 1 truck and 1 landscaping crew, and later started his heavy equipment fleet with a 1986 Case Super E backhoe and 1981 GMC Brigadier tri axle. Paul’s business philosophy has always been based in leading employees rather than an authoritative approach. Paul’s interests outside of work include various types of motorsports including go-karting and snowmobiling.
Charlotte Lalonde
Charlotte Lalonde is Paul’s youngest child and only daughter. Charlotte completed her Bachelor degree at the University of Ottawa, specializing in History and Indigenous Studies. Charlotte undertook the role of Office Admin during her studies at U of O and decided to take on the position full time once she obtained her degree. Now, she manages various tasks both on the front lines and in the office. She will most likely be the first face you meet when you come to our office. Charlotte’s interest are similar to her Fathers as she followed in his foot steps at a young age, becoming one of the top go-kart racers in Canada and recognized in the USA as well.
