I’m Paul Lalonde, the proud owner of PML Contracting.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve always been a leader and very driven to be the best I can be, so I felt self-employment was the best option for me to be successful. I felt there was potential for growth in ground management services, so I bought my first landscaping truck in 1988, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Over the past twenty-one years, I have grown from owning a couple of trucks to closing multiple landscaping contracts with the City of Ottawa, OC Transpo, and Major Ottawa School Boards.

I’ve also expanded my portfolio and now rent out heavy equipment through the Ottawa Region, which includes dump trucks, backhoes, and excavators. In addition to this, I run a small-engine repair shop that supplies small parts.

I aim to render quality services at a reasonable price, and my quality craftsmanship has enhanced my integrity. I also believe what sets me apart from the others is my hard work ethic and the excellent communication that I maintain with clients.

It’s rewarding to have a team of reliable individuals that I can count on to assist me in my endeavor. I do my best to empower their careers and make them successful. My kids have also shown an eagerness to come on board and continue my legacy, which is extremely pleasing.

When I am not landscaping, you can find me at the Le Circuit Quyon racing track, which is a sister concern of my firm. I’ve always participated in a wide variety of motorsports and began go-karting in the ’90s. I then purchased a local go-kart track in 2008 and opened it to the public to promote local racing to the Ottawa and Gatineau regions.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise in grounds management services in Ottawa, Ontario, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.pmlcontracting.ca.

Sincerely,

Paul
